What will the box look like?
Plain outer box, no logos, no product names on the label. The return address is neutral too.
What shows on my card statement?
A neutral billing name: [BILLING NAME]. Nothing that says what you bought.
Where do you ship?
Inside the US at launch, with tracking. Orders usually leave within [X] business days.
Can I return something?
Every product is covered against manufacturing defects for [X] days. For hygiene reasons we can’t take change-of-mind returns on intimate products, so ask us first if you’re unsure on size or material.
What does "body-safe" mean?
Made from non-porous materials like silicone, glass, metal or polycarbonate that clean up fully. Every product page lists the material so you can check before you buy.
Do you sell poppers?
No. We don’t sell poppers.
How do creator codes work?
A creator’s code tells us who sent you, so they earn a commission on your order. Codes aren’t a permanent discount. First orders may get a small one-off perk: [FIRST-ORDER PERK]. Creators label their posts #ad.
Is my information private?
We only use your details to fulfil your order and, if you sign up, to send the emails you asked for. We don’t sell your data.
Where does the 5% go?
5% of every order (excluding shipping) goes to [CHARITY], an adult-focused LGBTQ+ mental health charity. We publish the running total every quarter.
